## 3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, NSM TECHNOLOGIES may contact the customer regarding:

* Cancellation and refund of the unavailable product.

If a refund is applicable, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

## 4. PRICES

All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

The final price applicable to an order will be the price confirmed at the time of purchase/order confirmation.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, installation charges, or other charges, where applicable, may be added to the order total.

## 5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Placing an order on the website does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.

NSM TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to verify and accept an order before dispatch.

An order may be cancelled or rejected in situations including:

* Product unavailability;
* Incorrect pricing caused by a technical or human error;
* Suspicious or fraudulent transactions;

Customers are responsible for providing correct payment and order information.

An order will normally be processed only after successful payment confirmation, unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is specifically offered and accepted for that order.

Promotional discounts may be restricted to prepaid orders and may not apply to COD orders.

## 7. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Discounts, coupons, promotional prices, cashback, and other offers are subject to their respective terms.

Unless specifically stated:

* Offers cannot be combined with other offers.
* Offers may have a limited validity period.
* Offers may be applicable only to selected products.
* Promotional prices may change or expire without prior notice.
* NSM TECHNOLOGIES may cancel an offer in case of misuse, technical error, or suspected fraudulent activity.

## 8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders will be dispatched after payment and order verification.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to:

* Courier delays;
* Weather conditions;
* Transport disruptions;
* Government restrictions;
* Remote delivery locations;
* Public holidays;
* Incorrect address or contact information; or
* Other circumstances beyond our control.

NSM TECHNOLOGIES is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and working contact number.

## 9. INSPECTION OF PACKAGE AT DELIVERY

Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

If the package appears severely damaged, opened, tampered with, or physically compromised, the customer should:

1. Take photographs/videos of the package before opening it.
2. Record an unboxing video while opening the package.
3. Contact NSM TECHNOLOGIES as soon as possible.

An unboxing video may be required to investigate claims involving transit damage, missing accessories, or missing products.

## 10. UNBOXING VIDEO

For electronics and high-value products, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous, clear unboxing video from the unopened package until the product and its contents have been completely inspected.

The video should clearly show:

* Courier package;
* Shipping label;
* External condition;
* Opening of the package;
* Product box;
* Product;

* Serial number, where applicable.

Claims regarding missing items or transit damage may be difficult to verify without suitable evidence.
